About Jana

Hi, I’m Jana, an outdoor lover from the Czech Republic, currently based in the Netherlands. Ever since I was a little girl, I have been curious about the world. Growing up, I would explore places near and far, from castles and nature parks of my home country, to Europe’s biggest cities, as well as exciting summer and winter destinations. But it wasn’t until my early twenties that I discovered a passion for the outdoors.

In a time where we spend most of our waking hours sitting behind a desk, walking in the mountains for hours on end is a truly invigorating experience. I want to help people build the skills, knowledge, and confidence to embark on their own outdoor adventures.

Roadtrips & Wine is a place to inspire you to go out and explore, seek beauty in the ordinary, and enjoy the small moments in life along the way. It’s a space for those who are keen to discover the more outdoorsy side of Europe — but aren’t sure where to start.
